We own all the material on our website and social media accounts including those under the names The Bead Cellar, The Bead & Fibre Cellar and KJE Crafts. You may not copy or share images or other materials without the written consent of Kate Eldridge.
Kate Eldridge owns the copyright on all patterns and kits sold through The Bead Cellar, The Bead & Fibre Cellar, KJE Crafts and workshops run by these organisations. You may use our patterns to make to sell but must credit the designer when doing so. You may not copy, share or teach our patterns without written consent from Kate Eldridge, owner of The Bead & Fibre Cellar.
We strive to describe and photograph our products accurately but understand that when buying crafting supplies and hand made products online it can be difficult to see the detail and colours accurately. If you do not like a product you have purchased we will happily exchange it or refund you for the cost of the product once it has been returned to us. Unfortunately we are unable to refund postage costs (either sending the product to you or you returning it to us) unless we have made an error or the product is faulty or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Our products are designed for the purpose of crafting and creating artworks, or are finished works of art. Some products have small parts, sharp points, blades, or other attributes that may cause harm. None of our products are toys or suitable for small children. None of our products should be swallowed or inhaled. We take no responsibility for any injury or damage caused by those using our products howsoever it was caused.
All website payments are handled by PayPal to ensure the highest levels of security and protection for ourselves and our customers. We never receive any payment details. If you have any issues using the payment system please get in touch with us and we will attempt to help you.
We ship our products within the UK using Royal Mail and offer a range of shipping options to suit your budget and timeframe. If you wish for your purchase to be sent using another form of shipping please contact us to discuss your requirements.
We ship our products worldwide using the most economical tracked option based on the destination country. Due to ongoing global uncertainty at this time we are unable to publish set international shipping rates or delivery times. If you wish to place an order from outside the UK please contact us prior to placing your order for the latest information.
We aim to dispatch web orders next working day. If we are unable to fulfil your order in this timeframe we will contact you to discuss any issues and your options.
We are happy to take returns of any item you are unhappy with and will either exchange it or refund you for the face value of the item. We are unable to refund postage costs (either shipping the item out to you or you sending it back) unless the item is faulty or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Unfortunately, on a rare occasions, goods get lost or delayed in transit. If your order has not arrived in good time please get in touch with us and we will attempt to trace the item and rectify the situation.
